Westwell Agency designs and builds websites for small businesses (starting at $300, with a $500 + $50/month plan that includes hosting and ongoing maintenance), and offers AI automation tools such as Fieldr and Ringr starting at $150. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon directly between you and Westwell Agency before work begins.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Website plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly hosting/maintenance fee. You may cancel the monthly plan at any time; the one-time setup fee is non-recurring and non-refundable once work has begun. Canceling the monthly plan stops hosting and maintenance — the site itself remains yours.
If you contact us through the chat widget and provide your phone number, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry or, with your express consent, promotional updates. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Until a website is fully paid for and delivered, design files and code remain the property of Westwell Agency. Once a client completes payment for a website plan, ownership of that site's design and code transfers to the client. Westwell Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Westwell Agency does not buy, sell, or broker leads, and does not operate as a marketing affiliate for third parties. Contact information collected through this Site is used solely to provide our own services to you.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to deliver high-quality websites and tools, we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, such as traffic, leads, or revenue, resulting from use of a website or AI tool we build.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westwell Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
